The Kansas City Chiefs and Minnesota Vikings are set to square off in Week 5 of the NFL season inside U.S. Bank Stadium.

The Vikings finally notched their first win of the season in Week 4 against the Carolina Panthers while the Chiefs have won three consecutive games coming into this matchup after their Week 1 loss to the Detroit Lions.

Ahead of the game, the Vikings have released their inactive list for the game, and both QB Nick Mullens and S Lewis Cine appeared on the list.

Here is the list of Vikings inactives for Week 5 vs. Kansas City:

  • QB Nick Mullens
  • S Lewic Cine
  • TE Nick Muse
  • OLB Andre Carter
  • OT Hakeem Adeniji
  • DL Khyiris Tonga

With Mullens listed as out for the game with his back injury, it appears rookie QB Jaren Hall will be the backup to Kirk Cousins this weekend. Meanwhile, the recently signed Tanner Morgan will be the emergency QB3.

Both C Garrett Bradbury and OLB Marcus Davenport will be active for this game. Bradbury has been out since Week 1 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers when he suffered his back injury. He played just seven snaps in that game.

In his stead, Austin Schlottmann has been taking snaps at center, but it appears that Bradbury will re-take his spot as the starting center on Sunday.

Davenport finally got some substantial snaps against the Carolina Panthers in Week 4, playing 45 snaps with the defense and recording his first sack in a Vikings uniform. Prior to that game, he had played just four snaps over the first three games while dealing with an ankle injury.
