The View from VT: Suspended TE, a Massive Issue, & the Mayhem Reaction

Vikings Territory works in partnership with PurplePTSD, similarly doing their utmost to put forth excellent Minnesota Vikings content. As a result, we occasionally promote what they have to offer in “The View from VT,” a weekly piece. Take a look of five of their articles from the past week.
1) Former Vikings TE Suspended for Rest of the Season: Chris Herndon didn’t end up doing too much in a purple uniform. He now has to overcome another hurdle to get his NFL career back on track. We’ll see if someone brings him in in 2023.
2) Vikings Add New TE in Neverending Quest: Kevin O’Connell wants to have 3 tight ends active. We can say that with some confidence given how the season has gone. Ben Ellefson is likely to be the TE3 moving forward, but having a couple TEs on the practice squad isn’t a bad idea.
3) Vikings Must Overcome a Massive Issue: Indeed, this is one of the things that concerns me (and several others). Greg Joseph has overcome adversity in the past, so there is some precedent for him finding success after struggle. Much of the issue, of course, is that Minnesota fans have issues trusting kickers.
4) Vikings Pro Bowler’s One-Sentence Reaction to the Mayhem: The Bills game truly was madness. I know I said after the game that it was the best regular season game I had ever seen. So many ups and downs. Truly wild finish to the game.
5) The Vikings Playoff Probability: Week 11: The little bit that I know suggests things look really good for the Minnesota Vikings. Being tied for first in the NFL after the opening 10 weeks will do much to improve one’s chance of getting into the postseason. Let’s hope their strong play continues into Week 11 and beyond.
