Vikings Fans Get The Reassurance They Need
Vikings fans are starting to get nervous.
The expectation was that Minnesota would have already announced that Kevin O’Connell is indeed the team’s new head coach. Instead, it has been crickets.
Thankfully, it looks like it’s still full steam ahead for K/O:
Part of what has made the situation so stressful is that there has been no shortage of rumors circulating about Sean McVay retiring. If McVay did leave the sidelines for the broadcast booth, K/O may be the Rams’ top option to take over at HC.
It doesn’t look like it’ll come to that.
Kevin O’Connell should be the team’s next head coach. Plenty of rumors are out there about various assistant coaches who are being brought aboard. In other words, there’s enough smoke here for us to believe there is indeed a fire.
