Everson Griffen and Danielle Hunter have been on an Absolute tear this season, and aren’t even at the halfway mark. both have over  thirty-five quarterback pressures. The Fearsome twosome have terrorized opposing offensive linemen all season long, all while facing top talents like the Eagles, Packers, and Raiders.

Hunter:

The Vikings diamond in the rough has gone from fourth round project to legit NFL superstar. He currently leads the league in total quarterback pressures and is third in the NFL in run stops, all according to pro football focus.Hunter was a freak athlete coming out of college and he’s honed his skills to include power moves and a sick spin that he learned from Everson Griffen. He is on pace for a whopping one hundred and six total pressures this season, must be some kinda record right?  Last year’s leader in total pressures had seventy- eight

Griffen:

Griffen had a rough go last season dealing with mental health issues. He has returned, and may be playing the best football of his life. He’s not getting to the quarterback as often, but he is as disrupted as ever. He is on pace to break his career record for total pressures by almost twenty. This is a super impressive feat for a pass rusher over the age of thirty. The contract negotiation in the offseason will almost insure Everson becomes a free agent, but fans hope they can see the sack daddy back in purple in 2020.

Danielle Hunter is highlight, but watch Griffen destroy the rookie tackle.
