Harrison Smith Put on COVID-19 List, Ruled Out Vs. Ravens

The Vikings got game day off to a bad start in Baltimore. This morning, Harrison Smith has been added to the COVID-19 list and will miss this afternoon’s game at M&T Stadium. He is the third player for the Vikings this week that will be out after testing positive as Garrett Bradbury and Dakota Dozier were both ruled out earlier in the week.

In Smith’s stead, Myles Dorn has been added to the roster. Additionally, rookie safety Cam Bynum is now set to make his first NFL start. Bynum was a fourth round selection by the Vikings this past spring.

The Vikings inactives will include the trio on the COVID list as well as Michael Pierce, Kellen Mond, Ihmir Smith-Marsette, and Chazz Surratt. Armon Watts is once again set to start as Pierce’s replacement at nose tackle.
