The Minnesota Vikings have made countless moves this offseason. Currently, the roster includes 91 players, one more than the usual 90-man limit. The reason for that is punter Oscar Chapman. The Australian has a roster exemption and doesn’t count towards the limit because of the International Pathway Program.
