Vikings Territory works in partnership with PurplePTSD, similarly doing their utmost to put forth excellent Minnesota Vikings content. As a result, we occasionally promote what they have to offer in “The View from VT,” a weekly piece. Take a look of five of their articles from the past week.

1) Former Vikings QB Tearing Up USFL: Personally, I’d be happy to see one of these leagues do well. There are players who could continue their professional careers. In some instances, excellent players could then make the journey to the NFL.

2) Vikings Quietly Acquired 2nd Player in the Hockenson Trade: Yes, the other part of the trade finally materialized. The young DB has also agreed to a deal keeping him in town for four seasons.

3) CBS Sports’ Bold Prediction for the 2023 Vikings: Truthfully, I don’t think it’s particularly bold, but different people will disagree. A bolder prediction? The Vikings’ defense is a top-12 group in 2023. Do I believe it? No, not really, but keeping Za’Darius Smith would mean the Vikings would have a top-tier pass rushing department.

4) Renowned Viking Killer Now a Free Agent: A painful memory for Vikings fans, to be sure. In Philly? Well, that’s a different story. Gotta think there are a lot of spots in the city where Mr. Foles gets his meal for free.

5) In 9 Months, Get Ready for Another Loud Vikings Rumor: I’ve said it several times now, so what’s one more time? Kirk Cousins is closer to middle aged in his Vikings career than at senior status. I think he has a few more purple years left.
