Vikings Territory works in partnership with PurplePTSD, similarly doing their utmost to put forth excellent Minnesota Vikings content. As a result, we occasionally promote what they have to offer in “The View from VT,” a weekly piece. Take a look of five of their articles from the past week.

1) Minnesota Jumped by Bears and Lions, Oh My!: One wonders if the recent news about the Lions impacts things at all. Nevertheless, the broader point remains: the landscape in the NFC North is shifting. Minnesota will need to re-earn the divisional crown in 2023.

2) A Draft Darling for Vikings is Tumbling: Remember that we’ve discussed this one, folks. The time before the draft is often the time for subterfuge and tomfoolery. The hope is that C.J. Stroud can be a high selection and go on to have a wonderful NFL career. If, however, he tumbles down the board a touch, it’s entirely possible Kwesi Adofo-Mensah strikes.

3) Meet the Frontrunner to Land Dalvin Cook: The current best bet is that Cook will indeed be playing elsewhere in 2022. Where will that be? Folks have some theories but we really can’t say for certain. He’s a talented player but comes with some questions marks.

4) Vikings Somehow ‘On the List’ for All-Pro Defender: In a lot of ways, the connection makes sense. He’s a great young player who wants out and the Vikings could use help at linebacker. The issues, of course, are about the cost to acquire and then to extend. There is potential, though, for him to help revitalize Minnesota’s defense.

Questions Answered: Kyle Rudolph Chatter, Ty Chandler, End of the Road for ISM?

5) Kyle Rudolph Has an Unexpected New Gig: I expect Rudolph to do well. The talented tight end has always been a sharp guy, one who hasn’t been shy about expressing his opinions. Perhaps he can follow in Greg Olsen’s footsteps.
