Bears Could Be Without Multiple Playmakers in Week 12

On Monday night, the Chicago Bears and Minnesota Vikings will conclude the Week 12 slate of the NFL season with primetime NFC North showdown.
The Vikings have listed Justin Jefferson as questionable for the game, but the Bears could be without multiple playmakers for the game. They gave game designations for four separate players on their Saturday injury report.
Bears Could Be Without Multiple Playmakers in Week 12

Here is a look at the final injury report for the Bears in Week 12:
- RB D’Onta Foreman (Ankle/Shin, Doubtful)
- G Larry Borom (Illness, Doubtful)
- LB Noah Sewell (Knee, Out)
- CB Tyrique Stevenson (Ankle, Questionable)
Most notably, Chicago could be without RB D’Onta Foreman, who had been filling in for Khalil Herbert in their starting lineup during recent weeks. This season, Foreman has 92 carries for 381 yards and 4 TDs while adding 9 receptions for 55 yards and another touchdown through the air.
Herbert did return to the field last week against the Detroit Lions, but he was held to 16 carries for just 35 yards during Chicago’s loss. If Foreman is out this weekend, the Bears will have to rely on him to make plays in their backfield against a very tough Vikings run defense.

Chicago could also be limited in their secondary as Tyrique Stevenson is listed as questionable for Monday’s game. The rookie cornerback has come into this Bears team and been a very productive player for them this season.
Stevenson has started all 11 games for the Bears this season, recording 61 tackles, a tackle for loss, 7 passes defended, an interception, and a forced fumble. The third-round pick recorded that interception last weekend.
If Stevenson is unable to go, Chicago will need to get some productive snaps from former Minnesota Gopher Terell Smith as well as Jaylon Jones opposite of Kyler Gordon and Jaylon Johnson.

Kickoff between the Bears and Vikings is scheduled for 7:15 PM Central on Monday, November 27th.
