In this great edition of the purpleJOURNAL Podcast the fellas tackle their difference in opinion when it comes to the looming decision the Vikings have at the quarterback position, namely in Kirk Cousins and whether or not he’d be able to elevate the offense and team to another level or he’d just be a $150 million disaster that the team would regret. Joe Johnson and Luke Braun break down where they stand with Joe being in the Pro-Cousins crowd and Luke being in the Anti-Cousins (and Pro-Teddy) crowd. It’s a great listen and is one of the better debates we’ve had on the show!
Beyond that, the team also discusses Luke’s annual punter piece that took the internet by storm this week, Joe Oberle’s piece on what pieces the Vikings have outside of the quarterback position and some of the other rumors surrounding the Vikings QB position, oh and much, much more!
