Week one is upon us fellow football fanatics. The long hard offseason and preseason are officially over and everything from here on out is the real deal. Week one consist of a Bears vs Packers season opener, and a Steelers vs Patriots Sunday night game.

Thursday 8:20pm ET Packers 42 Bears 24. The first game of the season is like an extension  preseason, there are still a lot of adjustments to be made, and mistakes will be made. The bears will feel the absence of former defensive coordinator Vic Fangio in the first game of the season, as Aaron Rodgers and the packers score early and often.

Sunday 1pm ET Vikings 27 Falcons 17. The Falcons couldn’t ask for a worst matchup in the first week of the season. When trotting out an offensive line with two or three new starters it’s gonna take time for them to become cohesive. The Falcons weren’t awarded anytime, Danielle Hunter and Everson Griffen are coming at them at full speed.

Sunday 1pm ET Eagles 45 Redskins 14 The Redskins are not expected to be very competitive this year and that should show in week one. The Eagles still have a top ten roster and should have no issue steam rolling their division rivals.

Sunday 1pm ET Jets 23 Bills 20 Every NFL fan should be excited about this game. Both of these teams have rosters that could compete for a playoff spot. The Jets experience on offense should give them the edge in this  game, but don’t sleep on how good this Bills Defense is.

Sunday 1pm ET Ravens 30 dolphins 6 The dolphins are in the same boat as the Redskins. they drew the short stick and have to play a top five defense the first week of the season. On the flip side Lamar Jackson couldn’t ask for a better matchup. Expect him to have a huge day.

Sunday 1pm ET Chiefs 37 Jaguars 24 In one of the more even matchups of the first week the great defense of the Jaguars will face the NFL’s best Offense. Patrick Mahomes an Andy Reid will look to continue their unstoppable offense, and Nick Foles Lmay not be ready to keep up.

Sunday 1pm ET Panthers 30 Rams 24 (upset Alert)The Panthers will try to slow down the modern “greatest show on turf” featuring a newly paid Quarterback, Jared Goff. The addition of Gerald McCoy could play a huge part in this game, as the rams don’t seem to have found a replacement for Rodger Saffold.

Sunday 4:05pm ET Chargers 24 Colts 17 The chargers will struggle without Melvin Gordon, but they got lucky(pun intended) with their week one matchup. The colts will be competitive, but will need to find a new Identity to start their post Luck era, which will lead to offensive struggles the first couple of weeks of the season.

Sunday 4:25pm ET 49ers 37 Buccaneers 20 The lackluster matchup this week will take place in Tampa Bay. The Buccaneers do not have a very good roster and will have season long struggles, which is good for a 49ers team still trying to put the pieces together to challenge the Rams.

Sunday 4:25 ET Cowboys 24 Giants 10 Division battles are always fun and this one features the top two running backs in the NFL. Unfortunately for the Giants beyond running back this roster isn’t very good. Dallas boast a top ten defense and one of the league’s best offensive lines.

Sunday 4:25 ET Lions 45 Cardinals 37 Expect huge plays in this game. The Lions have a good defense, but will not be ready for Kyler Murray and this new offense. On the other side The Cardinals defense is in no position to stop anyone, we’ll have our first offensive shootout of the season.

P.S. Start Kyler Murray in fantasy this week.

Sunday 8:20 ET Steelers 30 Patriots 27  We fans got the perfect first Sunday night game. The defending Super Bowl champions vs Big Ben and His Steelers team. An x factors in this game is the Patriots offensive line. We could be seeing the worst Patriots Oline in a decade. The Steelers will he leaning on Conner and Smith-Schuster to make sure their offense doesn’t miss a beat.

Monday 7:10 ET Saints 34 Texans 33Drew Brees and the Saints are gonna steal one from the Texans on a last minute drive. Both teams are gonna have to lean on their offenses as both teams defenses aren’t gonna be dependable. Texans chose a good time to get a me tackle to protect Watson, even though they may not win this game should give them a lot of confidence if their they play the way they’re suspected to

Monday 10:20 ET Broncos 24 Raiders 20

The second Monday night game features the two AFC West teams to not make the playoffs. We also are treated to Antonio Brown in a raiders jersey. Expect the Broncos to move the ball easily and take care of business in week one.
