Power Rankings Week 14

  1. L.A. Rams: The Rams beat up on a bad Detroit team, but since the Saints lost, they get the #1 spot.
  2. Kansas City Chiefs: The Chiefs offense is really good, and their defense is getting average, which means the Chiefs could find themselves in the Super Bowl.
  3. Houston Texans: The Texans are so good on offense and their defense has potential, but will that defense be able to play well come January?
  4. New England Patriots: The Patriots are going to be a tough out in January, and personally I would love to see Brady get his 6th.
  5. New Orleans Saints: The Saints have struggled against good defenses this year, and if the Saints want to be a Super Bowl team, they are going to need to beat great defenses.
  6. L.A. Chargers: I really want Rivers to get a ring, but I think the Patriots will knock this team out in the Divisional round.
  7. Chicago Bears: The Bears need Trubisky’s mobility to make the offense work, and if he misses more time the Bears might only be the 4th seed instead of the 3rd.
  8. Dallas Cowboys: Dak Prescott is playing a lot better since the Cowboys acquired Cooper, and they have the best defense in the NFL, and they just beat the Saints, which means this team is suddenly a serious threat.
  9. Pittsburgh Steelers: First the Broncos, then the Chargers, and I’m supposed to take this team serious? Get real.
  10. Seattle Seahawks: Seattle may now be the hottest team in football, and they will continue to dish out beatdowns until the playoffs begin.
  11. Denver Broncos: I want Denver to be a playoff team, but they will need some help to get in at this point.
  12. Baltimore Ravens: Lamar Jackson has lit a fire under this team, and I believe they may make the playoffs.
  13. Indianapolis Colts: Andrew Luck was an MVP candidate, and then his team hangs a goose egg and loses to the Jags.
  14. Minnesota Vikings: WHY CAN’T THIS TEAM BEAT ANYONE WITH A WINNING RECORD?
  15. Cleveland Browns: Baker Baker the 3 INT maker.
  16. Green Bay Packers: Last week Rodgers was smiling talking about the playoffs, and this week he’s smiling while thinking about his future coach.
  17. Carolina Panthers: The Panthers were my Super Bowl team a month ago, and no I doubt they make the playoffs.
  18. Tennessee Titans: The Titans are so strange because they win games they shouldn’t and lose games they shouldn’t, and I don’t get anything about this team.
  19. Detroit Lions: Matt Stafford is the 4th best quarterback in his division.
  20. Philadelphia Eagles: The Eagles were a lot better with Nick Foles, just saying.
  21. Atlanta Falcons: The defense is getting healthy, but it’s still terrible, and the offense is too hot and miss to make them a threat.
  22. Washington Redskins: The season was broken in half when Alex Smith’s leg was broken in half.
  23. Cincinnati Bengals: Marvin Lewis should come coach the Packers. Please.
  24. Buffalo Bills: Josh Allen ran for more yards than Adrian Peterson, which is great.
  25. San Francisco 49ers: Nick Mullens was padding the crap out of his stats!
  26. Jacksonville Jaguars: Blake Bortles is terrible, the offense is terrible, and Jalen Ramsey talks a lot of trash for a player on a 3-win team.
  27. New York Giants: While it was fun watching the Bears lose, the Giants are playing themselves out of a top pick, which means they might not get the quarterback they need.
  28. Miami Dolphins: This team should probably be higher than this, but I just don’t take them serious at all.
  29. Arizona Cardinals: What a performance! Great job Arizona!
  30. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: The Buccaneers need help in a few different spots, but I’m seeing signs of life for next year.
  31. Oakland Raiders: Oakland gave the Chiefs a game? GO GRUDEN GO!
  32. New York Jets: The Jets aren’t good on offense, defense, or special teams.
