It’s Darrisaw Time

The final injury report contains more good news. Christian Darrisaw was a full participant throughout the week. He enters the game without an injury designation. Does this mean he’s 100% certain to start on Sunday? By no means. Heck, he might not even dress. Being healthy doesn’t mean getting to play. However, it does mean that Darrisaw is basically back from injury.

Ihmir Smith-Marsette is out for Sunday, yet another instance when our receiver depth has been tested. Perhaps it’s Dede Westbrook who handles the kickoffs.

Dalvin Cook, Anthony Barr, Michael Pierce and Kris Boyd are all questionable. Obviously, getting the first three back would be a massive boost to our chances. I’m actually most nervous about missing Pierce. We’ll need our NT to be strong for us to have a chance against Cleveland’s impressive rushing attack.

The Browns are dealing with their own injury concerns. CN Greg Newsome II and OT Chris Hubbard are out. OT Jedrick Wills Jr, C JC Tretter, and LB Sione Takitaki are all questionable.

The Cleveland game is yet another massive one for the purple.
