Falcons rookie tackle in danger of missing opener vs the Vikings

The Atlanta Falcons are scheduled to face the Minnesota Vikings on the road week one of the regular season, and they may have to do so without the services of their first round pick tackle Kaleb Mcgary.

He left practice early on Tuesday with what was listed as an illness. It was announced by the Falcons that Mcgary will undergo a Cardiac ablation on July thirty-first.  the procedure is minimally invasion and repairs damaged heart tissue.  He has had this procedure done twice before in his playing career, and the last time it was done he was out for 6 weeks.

The Falcons will  have to make due without their promising rookie against a tough and hungry Vikings defensive front. Back up tackle Ty Sambralio is the next man up and will have his hands for with all pro defensive end Danielle Hunter. We would also like to take the time to send our best wishes to Kaleb Mcgary, and hope for a speedy recovery.
