Vikings Territory works in partnership with PurplePTSD, similarly doing their utmost to put forth excellent Minnesota Vikings content. As a result, we occasionally promote what they have to offer in “The View from VT,” a weekly piece. Take a look of five of their articles from the past week.

1) Vikings Waive Once-Promising Pass Rusher: Truth be told, there’s not too much to see here, folks. The late-round edge rusher struggled to overcome injury, an unfortunate part of many people’s NFL experience. Partnering the injury, the late-round status, and the fact that he was brought aboard by the former leadership group means it’s not surprising to see him cut.

2) Source: Vikings Looking Into Veteran Offensive Lineman: I’ll be very surprised if the Vikings opt to bring him aboard. Talent is present, of that there can be no doubt. It’s the fit that makes the potential signing a touch more difficult to see.

3) A Promising Vikings Defender is Officially Back: Optimism reigns for Lewis Cine. The first pick of Kwesi Adofo-Mensah’s career as a GM, Cine is likely to become a favorite of fan and Flores alike. The young safety moves well and can hit.

4) Adam Thielen Claps Back at Frustrating Narrative: I’ve been thinking a lot about Kyle Rudolph’s departure when listening to Thielen. The veteran TE ended up struggling with other teams. Can Thielen avoid the same fate? If you ask him, he’ll show that he’s still got it.

5) Dalvin Cook’s Instagram Quote is Telling: Generally speaking, I don’t like to read too much into social media. At times instructive, at other times less so. The best guess continues to be that Cook will end up in a different uniform for the 2023 season.
