Q: With Jaylen Twyman signing in Miami, will the Dolphins pick his brain before the game on Sunday?

A: Absolutely. That’s how it goes.

And every team does this; it’s not just a Dolphins thing. The Vikings likely used this technique with Khyiris Tonga, who arrived after spending time with the Bears last year and this summer.

Twyman’s second act will occur in Miami, and the man deserves it. He was once a highly-touted sophomore at the University of Pittsburgh, was shot multiple times after he was drafted, and didn’t quite make the cut for the Kevin O’Connell-led Vikings.

He may not play in Miami this year — he’s on the practice squad — but at least he won’t fade away.

Q: Was Ihmir-Smith Marsette good for the Bears before his big mistake against the Vikings?

A: No, his “fumble” to end the game at the Vikings was only his third target of the season.

In fact, Smith-Marsette’s first catch of the season was the same play where Cameron Dantzler ripped the ball away.

It’s not an ideal start for Smith-Marsette, but he’s only in his second year and obviously has time to develop. But let the Bears worry about that, huh?

Q: Is Jalen Reagor’s touchdown a sign of big things to come for him in the Vikings offense?

Questions Answered: Booth's Injury, Waiting on Reagor, a Playoff Path

A: No, probably not.

The Vikings have a hard time getting Adam Thielen targets in the offense because of Justin Jefferson’s dominance. One can’t assume Reagor will surpass Thielen for attention in the 2022 offense. But, hey, if they keep using Reagor as an offensive wrinkle to keep opposing defenses off guard, well, great.

Now, if he can cease fumbling punt returns, everyone will be in good shape.
